Contractors Manual 2009 Edition (Construction) Includes the 2008 Circular E. As of February 2009, the 2009 Contractors Manual is the required reference book. Earlier editions are allowed, however, it is not recommended due to outdated material. This is one of the most important books for the exam covering almost all the exam topics and is referenced on day 1 and 2 of the exam.
